Here I have given a little twist by stuffing them into buns.

Steps

Take the chicken cut it into strips and marinate with the ingredients mentioned for at least 2 to 3 hrs

Grill the tomatoes on the flame till they are charred.Remove the skin and grind it along with the garlic cloves and the dried red chillie I to a smooth paste

Heat the butter and add our marinated chicken and cook it.once it's cooked,take each PC of chicken and grill it on open flame.Once they are all done

Add our tomato puree to the chicken and start to cook on slow flame

Add our cashew powder.This will thicken our gravy

Add the roasted matsuri methi leaves and simmer till oil separates

Our beautiful gravy is ready

I have taken a big step burger hunter made a hollow in between and stuffed the gravy.Serve it differently and give a twist to the traditional recipe.
