Ingredients

3 servings
  • 1 cuppenne pasta
  • 1chopped tomato
  • 1chopped cucumber
  • 1small chopped onion
  • 1/2 cupolives green or black (your choice)
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoonlemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 tbspitalian salad dressing (you can find in any super store)
  • Parsley as required

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water.

  2. 2

    Meanwhile, combine tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and olives. Mix in pasta. Combine remaining ingredients.

  3. 3

    Refrigerate before serving and served chilled penne pasta..🤩
