Steps

Firstly wash and drain water from Pohu and,put haldi on it,and keep aside.Then in a Pan,put oil when oil is hot add mustard seeds and Jeera / cumin when crackle put,curry leaves and small pieces of onions,stir till it becomes little pinkish,then put roasted peanuts,stir well.

Put red chilli powder and haldi,then put soaked Pohu, boiled potato,put salt as per taste,stir and cover the pan for few minutes,then put required little water and lemon juice in it and garnish with coriander leaves and pieces of onions on top

Lastly serve with roasted papad and sev over it.
