Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1/2roasted chicken
  • 1 cupbasmati rice
  • 1thin sliced onion
  • 2grinded tomatoes
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspbiryani masala
  • 2 cupswater

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a karahi with onion cook till they become pink.

  2. 2

    Add all the ingredients & ground tomatoes. Cook till oil spreads.

  3. 3

    Now add roasted chicken & rice with 2 cups of water.

  4. 4

    After a boil,slow the gas & cook for 20 -25 minutes.

  5. 5

    Serve hot.
