Firstly knead the wheat flour dough with some salt and keep aside for few minutes

For stuffing take the leftover vegetable in A plate mash it with spoon or fork sprinkle some finely chopped fresh coriander and mix well

Now roll A roti and sprinkle wheat flour on the centre evenly then spread the stuffing cover the roti from all the sides and make ball and again roll it gently as we do for making any type if stuffed parathas.

Heat the tava or flat pan and place the rolled paratha on hot tava. Roast it from both the sides nicely by applying ghee as and when required. Serve hot with any pickle or curd
