Ingredients

15 minutes
2 servings
  • 2 bowlpoha (soaked in water 2 minutes and drain)
  • 1onion chopped
  • 2green chilli chopped
  • 5-6Curry leaves
  • 1 tspmustard seeds
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1 tspsaunf / fennel seeds
  • 3 tsppeanuts
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 2 tbspLemon juice
  • 1/2 tbspsugar
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspghee or oil
  • As neededFor garnish- Bujiya or sev and anar dana

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Take pan add oil when hot add curry leaves, mustard seeds,sauf,zeera after cracking all these add peanuts,than onion and chilli saute 2 minutes

  2. 2

    After cooked add peas,and all masala saute 2 minutes in medium flame than add poha and stir fry in medium flame,after that cover it 2 minutes for better taste,

  3. 3

    Than turn off the flame garnish with sev,dry fruits,anar dana or coriander leaves,

  4. 4

    Serve hot,Enjoy
