Sooji appams
Steps

Take sooji (semolina) and add curd and add some water. Mix well and make thick paste. Rest the better for at least 15 mins.

Now add finely chopped vegetables like onion, tomato, capsicum and green chilli and add salt and pepper and Coriander leaves. Add pinch of baking soda. Add water to adjust consistency. Make idli dosa type better.

Heat some oil and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and curry leaves for tempering.

Now take appam pan and grease with oil each appam mould. Add 1 spoonful of better in each mould. Cover and cook on medium flame for almost 3 minutes. Now turn them the other side and cook without covering.

Serve with catch up or your favourite dip. Appams are ready.
