#quickbfI loooooveeee pancakes! However I have been eliminating Maida (white flour) from my diet now for some time.. plus this recipe is my twist to an old recipe my granny used to make with rice flour at times and I order to not throw away overripe bananas! Nothing go thrown away you see. It makes an absolutely iron / potassium rich breakfast. It’s quite heavy so u don’t over eat and u get goodness of the ragi and bananas! So try it for ur little ones. U can add some honey or maple syrup on top if u want to make it “feel” like a real Pancake :) this recipe hardly takes a few minutes to make and is super healthy
