Steps

In a saucepan add water and bring it to boil.

Add agar agar to the boiling water and stirring continuously to dissolve

Add sugar and wait to dissolve

Switch off the stove and add tender coconut water.
- 5
Chop roughly the pieces of tender coconut pulp
- 6
Pour the mixture in serving bowls and sprinkle the chopped pulp
- 7
Refrigerate the mixture for 1hr
- 8
Serve chill
