Firstly wash the poha and kept it for 15 minutes

Heat oil in pan, add mustard seeds, green chilli and curry leaves.

Fry it for one minute. Now add onion and potato and 1/4 tbs salt.

Fry it well and add turmeric powder.

Now add poha and salt as per taste and little amount of sugar.

Mix it well and cook it for 3-4 minutes on medium to low flame.

Now add lemon and poha is ready to serve.
