Ingredients

  • 2egg plant
  • 1yellow pepper
  • 1green pepper
  • 1red pepper
  • 1onion
  • Ginger and garlic paste
  • 2Maggi
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1tomato
  • 1 table spoonscotch bonnet
  • 2 spoonoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut all the ingredients that need to be chopped.

  2. 2

    Put oil on pan, add the ginger and garlic paste and fry for 1 minute, add onions, scotch bonnet and fry for 1 minute.

  3. 3

    Add the cut veggies and seasoning and allow to cook for 3 minutes....... Serve with yam
