Slightly grind rice in a spice milk

In pot, add milk and bring it to boil, add grinded rice and cook for 8-10 minutes, keep stirring between

Add sugar, cardamom powder, mix well and cook on low flame for 10-15 mins or until rice are cooked and keep stirring in between

Add almonds and khoya, mix well

In the end, add kewra water and give it a good mix.

Kheer is ready to serve.
