Egg Plant Pitta

First wash brinjal and cut in a round thin ring.Make small cuts in a ring. Take water in a bowl add soda and salt. And soak all rings for 10-15 min.

Now take besan in a bowl add jowar flour carom seeds red chilli powder ginger garlic paste turmeric powder cumin coriander powder salt garam masala mix well. Add water and make thick consistency batter.

Now take out brinjal rings in a plate sprinkle red chilli powder oil and turmeric powder. Merinate for 5min.

Take a flat pan heat oil in a pan to shallow fry egg plant rings.

Put soda and asifoetida on batter add hot oil in a besan mix well. Dip ring in batter and shellow fry. On both sides. Take out on a tissue paper. Serve with corriender chutney and ketchup. Tasty delicious eggplant pitta is ready to serve. Serve hot.
