Lahsuni Bread Pakoda
Cooking Instructions

Mix gram flour, semolina and rice flour in a mixing bowl. Add coriander leaves and grated lahsun(garlic). Add all dry masale.

Add water slowly to acquire the required consistency and mix well with beater.

Heat oil in a karahi and put bread pieces soaked in besan mixture and deep fry till golden brown colour.

Flip the side and fry other side also.
- 5
Likewise make all the pakodas.
- 6
Serve hot with sauce.
