Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1 and 1/2 cup roasted vermicelli
  • 1 cupchopped veggies of your choice
  • onion chopped
  • For tempering:
  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp chana dal
  • 1/2 tsp urad dal
  • 2dry red chiili
  • As neededsalt
  • As neededOil
  • As neededWater

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    In a pan add oil then add the tempering let it crackle then add onion fry till translucent then add chopped vegetable, saut then add salt and cover and cook for a while

    Add vermicelli and water and let the water get absorb and get cooked... serve hot
