Simple Suji Upma

Slice onions, curry leaves, 3 to 4 Green chilli, curry leaves

Put a pan on the stove, once the pan heats add oil, once the oil heats put mustard and cumin seeds, once the seeds splutters add chana Dal and then peanuts

Once the chana Dal and peanuts roasted add onion, green chilli, and curry leaves.

Once the onion becomes little brown add water, close it with a lid, keep in high flame, once the water starts bubbling keep the stove in low flame, add 2 cups suji rava slowly, while adding suji rava we need to mix it with a spoon and close it with a lid

After few minutes open the lid and check whether it is cooked or not. Once it is cooked take it into a bowl and serve hot with chutney/sauce and curry
