I always try to cook something different from what we all know, while some people can't eat teriyaki chicken because it's to sweet I now reduce the volume of honey into something else, let's cook it n love the taste. So delicious try it out.

I always try to cook something different from what we all know, while some people can't eat teriyaki chicken because it's to sweet I now reduce the volume of honey into something else, let's cook it n love the taste. So delicious try it out.

Wash the goose and cuts into pieces. Have boiled the meat because goose is some how taugh not like chickens

Mix the ketchup, grind onions, spices, maggi and oil

Arrange the goose meat in a skewers and spread the sauce on top. Bake until it's all cook

Now in a sauce pan, add the chicken broth, mix a tsp of corn flour and add, soy sauce, tbsp of honey and cook for 2min. Add the teriyaki sauce on to the goose

Cut cabbage, red bell pepper, and onion and add to a sauce pan n steam for a min.
