Steps

Peel,cut yam into medium size and cook in water till soft,and allow to cool

Grate your peppers and onions

Percially Pound your yam,add the grated peppers,onions and seasonings to your test

Then mould into desired circular shape size

Break and whisk your eggs

Put oil in pan on fire, if hot deep the moulded yam balls gradually into the egg then in bread crumbs, and fry till golden brown.

When fried, put in a colender and drain the oil

Then serve with tea, pap or any cold drink
