Ingredients

40 minutes
4 servings
  • 500 gmMutton
  • 1 cupBengal gram/chana dal
  • 5eggs
  • 1/2 tspBrowwn Cardamom powder
  • 1/2 tspCinnamon powder
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededOil for fry

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut mutton in small pieces and boil in pressure cooker with chana dal.

  2. 2

    Just give 3 or 4 whistle lower the flame for 5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Let it cool and then grind it in mixer.

    Add big cardamom powder and cinnamon powder.

  5. 5

    Also add chilli powder and salt.

  6. 6

    Mix all together and make big size balls.

  7. 7

    Boil eggs and when it cools peel off.

  8. 8

    Cover boiled eggs from Mutton mince mixture.

    Dip all balls in white part of egg one by one and fry.
