First make idli in a bowl add suji and curd mix it well and kept for fermentation for 15 mins Afterwards add some water to make a smooth paste add seasoning accd to taste and grease the mould and pour eno in batter and add 1 spoon of batter in idli mould and steam it for 10 mins or till it's done

Now take idli cool down and cut in to half For stir veggies take a pan add oil,rai and Curry patta add onion,tomatoes,shimla mirch stir it well and add seasoning accd to taste add tomato ketchup and idli pieces mix it well and garnish it with Coriander leaves and serve it...
