Cooking Instructions

In large pour in the cake mix and add self raising flour, stir well and set aside.

In another bowl prepare your wet ingredients, add the eggs, double cream, melted butter, condensed milk, vanilla and mix till is all well incorporated.

Using an electric hand mixer, slowly add the butter to the flour mixture and mix for 3minutes.

After it has all combined well add the water and mix for a minute.

Pour the mixture into your pan x2 loaf tins. (I used 2 loaf tin 19x8.5 and a star cake tin)

Bake in a 180 degrees preheated oven for 40mins.
