Cooking Instructions

Cut meat into reasonable size and wash thoroughly.

Put meat into a deep sauce pan and chop the onions.

Add the chopped onion, maggie cube, tomato puree, salt, 1 1/2 cup of water and the scotch bonnet (I use two to make it more spicy!). Let it cook on a medium-high heat for 10mins, stirring occasionally.

Remove the pepper and blend with the plum tomato.
- 5
Pour the tomato mixture onto the meat, rinse the blender with the 2 cups of water and add to the pan. Add extra water if it has a thick consistency. Let it simmer for about 20mins on a medium-low heat.

Serve, sit back and enjoy
