  • 1bay leaf
  • 4-5 podsCardamom
  • 4 tspGobindo bhog rice
  • as neededNolen/patali gur
  • handfulChopped nuts and raisins

Steps

  1. 1

    Take tick base utensil. Pour milk in it. Bring it to a boil.

  2. 2

    Add cardamom, bayleaf and washed gobindobhog rice in it.

  3. 3

    Cook the rice until completely cooked. Switch off the flame. Add gur to it and few stands of kesar and dry fruits. S
