Ingredients

  1. 32 ozbag of baby carrots
  2. 1 cupwater (can use chicken stock if you have some)
  3. 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  4. 4 tablespoonsbutter
  5. 1/2 tspsalt (just eye ball it)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In your electric pressure cooker, place carrots inside.
    Add butter, water, and brown sugar and salt.
    Pour water (or chicken broth over it)
    Add the pressure cooker lid and set it to sealing.
    Set the timer for 4 minutes.
    Do the quick release to release the pressure.
    Give the carrots a quick toss in the sauce and serve immediately.

What if we don’t have a pressure cooker. Could we do them in a crock pot?
