Moong dal fry

Soak 1 cup of moongdal in 2 cups of water for 30 mins.

Pressure Cook for 2-3 whistles

Once pressure goes away grind it into a paste

Take a pan, pour 2 table spoon of oil, add mustard and cumin seeds once the oil heats, once it starts spluttering put green chilli, garlic, keep the stove in low flame, once the garlic become brown, pour moongdal into it and water if required. Roast it for couple of minutes in low flame, transfer it into a bowl and add coriander leaves for garnishing. Serve hot with rice/chapathi /pulka
