Steps

  1. 1

Set up your tin pan(preferably metal tin) by buttering all around and side )use round medium size pan not large becoz this will cause thin and dry instead if chunky and fluffy result

  2. 2

...start with butter and cooking oil and semolina flour. later add suger.mix using whisk electric gives fluffy velvety creamy mix (you will tell by mixture turning lighter yellow then it was)

  3. 3

Add the egg then whisk.then add little bit of the flour, about 4 tblspoon.whisk.then some orang juice whisk.then again.flour whisk.egg whisk....basically here you are alternating dry into wet into dry using the egg and juice as wet and flour as dry...until you get end result if not runny but creamy pourable mixture..

  4. 4

Prep your oven inorder to warm up high enof for the mixture to go in the oven

  5. 5

Then add the vanilla.whisk.add baking powder.and also very pinched salt to balance out abit

  6. 6

After the whisking...you can add in pan and put in oven medium heat about 180 degree celcius for about 45 mins...please let rise to be high middle and even crack and nucely brown on surface...also check using a wooden skew (or any other tool thin sharp) in middle.needs to come totally clean ie no crumb ir sticky..this means it is coojed through

  7. 7

After take out from oven using gloves or cloth..then turb upsude down on prepared plate or raje...then let cool.the surface needs to be soft and slightly bounce to the touch then it means its come out well..

  8. 8

Then let cool.can add topping of choice like chocolate with desicated coconu and some berries(see pic).and cut into pieces..about 16 medium square or rectangles.for the topping recipe you can make home made.or you can enjoy without any topping

  9. 9

Hav as desert.with mint tea or ginger tea or milk.bismillah enjoy
