This Sweet Soy Sauce Minced Pork is one of the ‘must’ menus every time she made porridge. Ingredients

  • 500 grminced pork
  • 1 Tbspvegetable oil
  • 5 clovesgarlic, minced
  • 3 cmginger, pounded
  • 2 Tbspoyster sauce
  • 2 Tbspdark soy sauce
  • 4 Tbspsweet soy sauce
  • 1 tspsalt or to taste
  • 1/4 tspwhite pepper powder or to taste
  • 250 mlwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium high heat. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.

  2. 2

    Add minced pork. Cook until it change color.

  3. 3

    Season with oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, salt, white pepper powder, and water. Mix well. Cook until the water boil. Test the taste.
    Remove from the heat.

  4. 4

    Serve over warm plain porridge or sweet yam porridge. Yum! 😋
