Dhokla is a traditional Gujurati cuisine which is made out of Chana dal. But today I made millet dhokla.Adopting healthy eating habits Millets are an excellent choice to replace your regular food. Millets are good sauce of nutrients such as copper, magnesium, phosphorus and manganese. Helps in unnecessary wight gain in kids. It improves immunity. This satisfies the hunger which keeping you far away from unhealthy eating habits.
Spinach is a rich sauce of vitamins A and C and also a good sauce of iron, potassium and magnesium. It strengthens eyesight, bones and also maintains the haemoglobin level in blood.
Kids don't like to eat spinach directly. So this is one of the best way to eat spinach.

First of all make powder of the millet.

Grind the spinach to make the puree.

Add curd, spinach puree, ginger, chilli, cumin paste together.

Add the oats powder in it andix it well and allow it rest for 30 minutes.

After that mix salt, eno powder in it.

Now grease a pot with oil and pour the batter in it. Heat a cooker with 1 glass of water and steam the dhokla without weighing the whistle in high flame for 10 minutes.

After that check the dhokla is perfectly done or not by incorporating a toothpick in it. If it comes out clearly then it is perfectly steamed.

Heat a small pan for with oil and add mustard and sesame seeds in it. When they crackle then add the curry leaves and chopped chilli in it.

Add water, Jaggery powder and salt in it and allow it to boil and switch off the flame. Add lemon juice in it.

Then add this seasoning over the dhokla.

Now your healthy spinach millet dhokla is ready to serve. Cut it into pieces and serve.
