1000 gGarden Peas (green)
1 tbspolive oil
2 tbspflour
600 mlmilk
To tastesalt
To tastesugar

Steps

Simmer the peas in oil over low heat till nice ‘n soft, while seasoning with salt and sugar to taste.

As soon as soft, spoon the flour on, cooking for a bit, then pour the cold milk. Heat up and simmer for a few minutes. If it’s still too thick, add more milk.

Serving with sausages, fried eggs, meat balls....I’m having with cauliflower burger patty.
