Steps

First make a soft dough mixing wheat flour oil and warm water. Rest it for half hour make small balls and keep ready.

For stuffing soak the horse gram for 5 hours then pressure cook it for 5 whistles cool and grind it with green chilli ginger salt and jeera.Let this be coarse paste.Now roll one ball and the stuffing in the Center and bring all ends together and roll into small discs.

Heat a hot tawa and cook these on both sides with ghee till it becomes crispy.Garnish with coriander and serve.

Serve with tomato chutney and mooli Sani.

For mooli Sani : grate half mooli (raddish) add salt chilli powder and lime juice and serve.

For tomato chutney :Take a Kadai add gingelly oil then add mustard seeds curry leaves hing and then add tomato tamarind paste jaggery chilli powder and salt and cook well. It will become thick.Switch off when it thickens.
