  • 200 gmginger
  • 5lemon
  • To tastesalt
  • to tastered chilli powder
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly Peel ginger,wash and cut into long slices.

    Take a container and add ginger,salt,red chilli, black pepper and juice of 5 lemons. Shake well and pickles is ready in 1 day. Keep in fridge.
