Firstly in a kadhai, add oil and let it heat. Add onions and saute it until it's colour changes.

Add ginger garlic and chilli. Saute well.

Now add peas and sweet corn. Saute until they are cooked. Then add boiled and mashed potatoes.

Add all the spices and mix well until it's combined completely.

Cook on a medium flame and when done, allow the masala/stuffing to cool completely.

Now take the bread slices and cut them into shape (removing hard edges) Dip the bread slice into water for a second and squeeze off gently.

Place the stuffing in a round shape on the slice and wrap it up nicely. Make sure to cover the complete stuffing with bread finely.

Finally, keep it on a tissue paper to absorb excess oil. Garnish it with coriander and serve it with tomato sauce on a plate. It's ready to eat and enjoy.
