Ingredients

  1. 3medium sized Boiled Potatoes diced in small size
  2. 1/2 cupSprouted Chhola
  3. 1/2 cupBoiled White Motor (white peas)
  4. 1large Onion finely chopped
  5. 1large Tomato chopped
  6. 1/2Cucumber chopped
  7. 1-2Green Chillies finely chopped
  8. 1/4 cupGreen Coriander Leaves chopped
  9. 1/2 tbspLemon Juice
  10. 1 tbspTamarind Pulp
  11. 3 tbspWater (to soak tamarind)
  12. 1 tspBhaja Moshla
  13. To tasteSalt and Black Salt according
  14. As neededJhuri Bhaja (Sev)
  15. Bhaja Moshla :
  16. 1 tbspJeera
  17. 1 tspDhania / coriander Seeds
  18. 1 tbspSaunf / fennel seeds
  19. 1Dry Red Chilli

Steps

  1. 1

    Bhaja Moshla - Dry roast jeera, dhania seeds, saunf and dry red chilli on low flame for 2 to 3 mins. Switch off the flame and let it cool. Transfer to the mixer grinder jar and grind to the fine powder. Bhaja Moshla is ready. You can store this powder in an airtight container and use whenever required.

    Take boiled diced potatoes in a mixing bowl. Add boiled white motor and sprouted chhola. Mix all.

    Now add onions, tomatoes, cucumber, green chillies and green coriander leaves.

    Add lemon juice. Squeeze tamarind pupl and strain and add tamarind water to the mixture.

    Finally add salt, black salt and bhaja moshla. Toss everything very well. Add jhuri bhaja and again mix well.

    Transfer to the serving plate or bowl, garnish with jhuri bhaja and serve.
