Peel potatoes

Soak posto and kaju

Make puree of tomatoes onion green chillies posto and kaju

Cut potatoes into four parts

Take kadai put oil or butter put jeera kalonji hing and put potatoes and fry bit

Add turmeric powder, dhaniya powder, red chilli powder and mix well

Add puree and mix well

Mix well add little water mix well and cover for 2-3 minutes

Alu posto ready to serve with puri, rice paratha. Garnish with chopped green coriander leaves
