Firstly make dough with maida, salt, 1spoon oil for mohan make dough we can use luke warm water for it then other side heat oil for fry pockets n make stuffing material for it.

Crackle zeera in 2 spoon heat oil then add onion chopped let it light brown then add mashed potatoes green peas n salt n all masala in it mix it well add fry fruits in it then make thin chapati with dough then stuff some materials in it then make pockets

We can close the pockets with little drops of water then fry in pan on low flame now mini pockets are to serve with green sauce,imli chutni or tea
