Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupgreated cauliflower
  2. 500 mlfull cream milk
  3. 3 tbsugar
  4. 1/2sp desi ghee
  5. 1/4 tspcardamom powder
  6. 2 tbchopped dry fruits
  7. Some saffron threads

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a heavy pan add ghee saute cauliflower

  2. 2

    Add milk & boil until half in slow flame

  3. 3

    Add sugar cook more 7-8 mnts

  4. 4

    Add cardamom dry fruits and saffron
