Khaman Dhokla
Steps

Take all the ingredients into a bowl/ganj/vessel to prepare the batter. Mix it all well and add soda in the end. Add a pinch of turmeric powder too and the stir the batter well until mixed completely.

Pour 2-3 cups of water in a steamer/kadhai at the bottom and preheat for 2-3 mins on medium flame.

Now grease the plate/thali with 1 tbsp oil before pouring the batter in it. Now add the batter in the hollowed thali and spread it evenly.

At last, cover the thali with a lid or another bigger sized thali which would let it cook properly on medium flame.

Let it cook for 12-15 mins and chech the preparation in between.

You can repeat the steps and make the quantity as much as you desire. In the end, when it's cooked properly, take the thali out and let it cool.

In the end, pour the tadka/tempering we prepared in oil with green chilli and seeds onto dhokla plate and then cut them into good shapes and small pieces.

Take out the dhokla pieces on a plate and top with a lot of coriander and serve it with green chutney/sauce/red tomato chilli chutney or tamarind chutney and it's ready to eat😍
