Steps

First boil the milk in a vessel

Squeeze the lemon to the milk & stir well

Now the milk will start curdling

After curdling drain the curdled water & separate paneer

Then wash paneer well by cold water

Now take panner in a bowl add semolina,sugar,cardamom powder & baking powder to it

Mash all ingredients very well & let it cover for 10 minutes

Take a baking tin & grease with clarified butter

Add paneer mixture into the baking tin & add chopped dry fruits allover it

Set the oven with 180° temperature

Sit the baking tin in the oven & bake for 1 hour

Now your sweet juicy chhena poda is ready to serve then cut & serve
