Steps

Take butter & powdered sugar in bowl & beat with a hand blender till it became smooth & floppy

Then add all purpose flour,semolina, gram flour,cardamom powder & baking powder to the sugar butter mixture

Bind all ingredients well & make a dough (remind_only bind do not over knead) & cover the dough for 30 miniutes

Preheat the oven for 5 minutes in 180°

Take small quantity dough to your palm make lemon size ball then press it & make design through knife over it

Take a baking tray grease with butter place all the cookies on it

Place the baking tray to the oven & bake for 15/20 minutes in 180° temperature

Now your nankhatai is ready let it cool & keep in airtight container & serve with hot milk or tea
