Melt butter in a pan on medium flame and add flour, mix and gradually add the milk while whisking. Add all the spices and mix until a smooth, thick sauce is ready.

In a glass dish, spread some white sauce, and arrange 3 lasagne sheets, spread prepared keema and pour 4 tbsp white sauce, sprinkle cheese then repeat the steps

Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
