A moms innovation to feed kids healthy recipes during winters. Making pops with halwa and then coating them with chocolate to make it more enticing for the kids.
Steps

To make halwa, peel and grate the carrots.

In a thick bottom pan boil the milk and then add the grated carrots.

Let the carrots cook well in the milk, add cardamom powder also and keep stirring till the milk dries up.

Add grated jaggery when the milk is dried up and saute till jaggery melts.

Add ghee and saute well for 3-4 minutes and then switch off the gas and let it cool.

For the ganache,heat the chocolate chips and cream in microwave till the cream is warm. cover for 30 seconds and then mix well till the chocolate melts.

Make small balls with halwa and insert a straw or stick in between and keep it in freezer to set.

Let them set for 1 hour then coat them with white ganache.

Coat them with dessicated coconut and then keep again in freezer for sometime to set and then serve.
