Simple to make yet so tasty chicken fry. It goes well with pav, chapati, parathas or plain rice. It can be had a starter or an accompaniment.

Simple to make yet so tasty chicken fry. It goes well with pav, chapati, parathas or plain rice. It can be had a starter or an accompaniment.

Marinate the chicken with ingredients starting from Kashmiri chilli pwd to lemon juice. Adjust salt. Keep in fridge for 1-2 hours

In a pan, add oil. When hot add 1/2 the chopped onions and fry till golden brown

Add crushed ginger and garlic and fry till you get a nice aroma

Add one sprig curry patta and fry for a min
- 5
Toss the chicken in the pan and mix well. Cover and cook for 10-15 min on medium heat. Mix in between

When the chicken is half done add the remaining onions green chilli and 1 sprig curry patta. Give it a nice stir.

Cover and cook for another 10min

Now on high flame cook the chicken till the masala is well coated and has become dry and the chicken is cooked
