Ingredients

  • 250 gmAmla Washed
  • 1 tspmustard oil
  • 1/2 tspfenugreek seeds
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspcumin powder
  • as neededwater to boiling amla

  1. 1

    In a pressure cooker add amla and add some water.cover with cooker lid.wait for 1 whistles.after that strain water from amla's and keep aside.
