Wash all the green vegetables nicely.In a pressure cooker add all green vegetables and add ginger garlic and green chilli paste.some salt.cover it with cooker lid and wait for 5-6 whistles.after that let it be cool now add all the flour's in saag and blend it nicely with the help of blender.again switch on the gas and cook saag at medium flame.add some Desi ghee and stir well.mix well.if you want to add some onion tadka in it then you can add.serve hot with makki di roti.
