  • 15 ouncesblack beans
  • 4 cupsfine sliced cabbage
  • 1/2 cupmayonnaise
  • 1/2 cupsour cream
  • 2 tablespoonssugar
  • 2 tablespoonsred wine vinegar
  • To tastesalt
  • To tasteground black pepper

    Slice the cabbage and loosen up the pieces. Rinse the beans and drain. Add the seasonings.
