Slice and boil tomatoes and tamarind in water for few minutes

Grind it well

Take a pan, put oil, add mustard and cumin seeds, once it starts spluttering put red chilli, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste, mustard powder, and then add the grinded tomatoes paste, put some water, add salt, chilli powder, coriander powder and boil for few minutes in medium flame, at the end add coriander leaves and turn off the stove stove.

Serve hot with rice
