First of all, take a deep vessel fill water in it 3/4 level. Let it boil and then add the hakka noodles add some salt and few drops of oil in water. Adding few drops of water will keep the noodles non-sticky.

After 7 - 8 mins turn off flame and strain the noodles. Pour cold water on noodles to avoid overcooking and keep aside for cooling.

Now take a pan add oil heat it and add onion saute it for few minutes and then add ginger garli and chilli paste. Now add capsicum and carrot again saute vegetables for few mins now add cabbage and salt and 1 tablespoon chings shezwan chutney. Mix well and then add the noodles to this pan.

Finally, mix everything gently so that veggies and noodles blend together and cook it on low flame. Finally, add little salt and noodles masala, mix it and serve. Schezwan chutney can be added more if you like spicy.
