Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoonsbasmati rice
  • 1/2 ltr whole milk
  • 150 gramssugar
  • 3 tablespoonsRaw coconut
  • 2cardamom
  • 1bay leaf
  • 4-5peppercorns
  • Pinchsalt
  • Handfulcashews

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak rice for 3 hours. Grind along with small piece of coconut and 5 cashews

    Boil milk in a vessel add bay leaf, peppercorns, cardamom, cashews and sliced raw coconut. Then gradually add rice mixed to the milk and keep stairing to avoid lumps
