Prepare the crust

Tale the floors,add butter and rub the butter into the flour like a crumble.

Then gradually add the cold water and make a semi soft dough.

Cover and let the dough refrigerate for 2 hrs

FILLING -heat oil and the chopped onions,once translucent add the ginger garlic paste and green chillis

Saute till the raw smell disappears.Add the spice powders mentioned and adjust the salt.

Switch off the stove and let the mixture get cooled

Once cooked add the chopped coriander and the grated cheese and mix well.

Remove the dough,roll it and cut it into desired shaped.we will need 2 cut sheets for each pie.

Put the filling in the middle, apply water on the edges and layer with another cut dough sheet and press gently.

With the help of a fork seal the edges

Apply milk wash on all the pies and sprinkle sesame seeds

Preheat the oven to 180⁰ c and bake the Pies for 22 to 25 mins or till the tops turn golden brown

Serve hot with desired condiments
