Orange Cake
Steps

Beat sugar, butter, tang powder, orange juice and egg in a blender or in electric beater.

Sieve and add maida and baking powder in liquid mixture.

Gently fold everything together and pour it in a baking tray which is lined up with parchment paper.

Bake in a preheated oven for 40 minutes(180-degree c).

Once it's done, allow it to cool down completely.

Whip heavy cream in a mixing bowl with beater by adding tang powder and powdered sugar, till it forms a peak.

Apply it in the cake and garnish with orange pulp and sprinkle some tang powder and serve cool.
